A recruiting firm built by engineers. We started in software testing, grew the largest Spanish-speaking testing community, and turned that technical depth into a recruiting practice for tier-1 consultancies.
Our story
Aurean Blue was founded in 2017 in Saltillo, in northern Mexico, by Miguel Hernández — a software testing director who had spent years hiring engineers and watching recruiters miss the technical signal.
The firm grew alongside CoolTesters, our training and community brand, which today is an official ISTQB training provider in Mexico and reaches more than 120,000 testing professionals. That community, and a network of engineering and testing managers across global consultancies, is where many of our best candidates come from.
Today we recruit development, SAP, DevOps, cloud, data and QA profiles for tier-1 consultancies delivering US-based projects, and we build our own AI-assisted recruiting platform to make the process faster and more transparent.
